As an Authorized Motorola Canopy Reseller, Lighthouse has already successfully deployed eight other Canopy sites including Sault Ste Marie, St. Ignace, Kinross/Kincheloe area, Rudyard, Dafter and DeTour Village, all in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Motorola’s proven wireless Canopy system will allow businesses and residents of the area to receive competitively priced, secure and reliable High-speed Internet for as low as $14.95 per month. Lighthouse is proud to take the initiative to bring fast Internet to true rural areas. Lighthouse currently offers High-speed and Broadband service to thousands of local subscribers. Lighthouse plans to continue its efforts to expand Broadband access and is developing plans to deploy wireless services to additional areas of the Eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
